What services do you offer?
At Paddle & Play, we provide extensive services including grooming, doggy day care, swimming sessions, and a fully stocked pet shop. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive wellness experience for your pets all in one location.
Is prior booking necessary?
We recommend making a reservation for grooming and swimming services to ensure availability. Walk-ins maybe available for small services example nails, and our pet shop you can come in anytime, but scheduling ahead allows us to serve you better.
What age can pets start?
Pets of all ages are welcome! Our facilities are designed to accommodate and support the unique needs of puppies, adult pets, and seniors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What if my dog has never been swimming before?
Even if your dog has never been swimming before, there’s no need to worry — it comes naturally to them. With gentle guidance, a safe and calm environment, and plenty of encouragement, most dogs quickly realize how fun and comforting the water can be. Before long, even first-timers are paddling happily and enjoying themselves.
Do you accept XL bully's?
Yes, we accept XL Bully's in our grooming and swimming, they must be muzzled while within our centre due to insurance and regulations. We unfortunately cannot accept them into our day care side.
Can you order in a specific product?
Yes if we don't have a specific product in our shop we can always order products in, please just ask!
Do dogs wear life jackets?
Yes, all dogs wear life jackets in our pool area.
Can we watch our dogs swim?
Yes, if your happy to stay and watch your dog enjoying their swim, you are more than welcome.
Can you swim with your dogs?
If your dog is on a fun/fitness session then you are more than welcome to join them in the pool after signing a consent form.
Hydrotherapy sessions will be Hydrotherapists only.
