Welcome to Paddle and Play Pet Wellness Centre (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling your pet in our programs, booking services, or purchasing products, you (“you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully to ensure the best experience for you and your pet.

 

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services and products offered by Paddle and Play Pet Wellness Centre.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates.

 

2. Services & Bookings

Services include, but are not limited to: pet daycare, play sessions, grooming, wellness activities, and related programs.

Bookings are required in advance and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion if your pet’s health, behavior, or safety becomes a concern.

 

3. Pet Health & Safety

All pets must be current on required vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination is required prior to participation.

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or behavioral issues before your pet attends services

Pets must be free of contagious illnesses, fleas, and parasites. We may refuse entry if a pet is deemed unfit for group play or wellness activities.

In case of illness or injury, we may seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.

 

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking or at drop-off, unless otherwise arranged.

We accept [Cash is our preferred payment method, debit cards accepted].

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to the scheduled service cost.

Packages, passes, or prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.

 

5. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

While we take every precaution to provide a safe environment, participation in daycare, play, or wellness activities carries inherent risks.

By enrolling your pet, you release and hold harmless Paddle and Play Pet Wellness Centre, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal items.

Personal belongings (collars, leashes, bedding, toys, etc.) left with pets are your responsibility.

 

6. Grooming & Wellness Services

We strive to provide a calm, stress-free environment during grooming and wellness sessions. However, some pets may experience stress or adverse reactions.

We may stop a grooming session if your pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive. Partial service fees may still apply.

Results may vary depending on coat condition, health, and behavior of the pet.

7. Retail Products 

All product descriptions and images are for reference only. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee exact matches in size, color, or availability.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within [14 days] of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.

 

8. Website & Online Use

Our website content, including images, logos, and written materials, is the property of Paddle and Play Pet Wellness Centre and may not be copied without permission.

We are not responsible for third-party links or external sites accessed through our website.

 

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is collected only to provide services, process payments, and maintain records.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
